Booking and cancellation policy:
For bookings of 1-2 rooms at the time of booking, credit card details will be taken. If there is no credit card available we will ask for a 10% deposit of the total cost by cheque. With group bookings (3 rooms or more) we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost.
For bookings of 1-2 rooms, if a cancellation is made 48 to 24 hours before the date of arrival, there is a 50% of the full booking to the credit card. If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival a full charge of the booking is made to the credit card.
With group bookings (3 rooms or more), we operate a 10 day cancellation period, i.e. 5-10 days before the date of arrival inclusive, there is a 50% charge; 2-4days inclusive a 75% charge and within 1 day of arrival, 100% charge.
There is a minimum booking of two nights at weekends, June to September, either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday. Any unallocated rooms may be booked for just one night from 10am on the preceding Thursday on a first-come first-allocated basis.
Please note we operate a no smoking policy throughout the hotel.
